Loop Feeder. The “Loop Feeder” is the Network Element that provides connectivity between (a) an FDI associated with Loop Distribution and a termination point appropriate for the media in a central office, or (b) a Loop Concentrator/Multiplexer provided in a remote terminal and a termination point appropriate for the media in a central office. ILEC shall provide CLEC physical access to the FDI, and the right to connect the Loop Feeder to the FDI. The physical medium of the Loop Feeder may be copper twisted pair, or single or multi-mode fiber as designated by CLEC. In certain cases, CLEC will require a copper twisted pair loop even in instances where the medium of the Loop Feeder for services that ILEC offers is other than a copper facility. In such cases, CLEC must compensate ILEC for all additional costs related to providing the copper facility.
Loop Feeder. 8.4.2.1 Definition:
8.4.2.1.1 The Loop Feeder is the Network Element that provides connectivity between (a) a Feeder Distribution Interface (FDI) associated with Loop Distribution and a termination point appropriate for the media in a central office, or (b) a Loop Concentrator/Multiplexer provided in a remote terminal and a termination point appropriate for the media in a central office.
8.4.2.1.2 Pursuant to a Bona Fide Request for unbundled feeder or distribution, U S WEST shall provide AT&T physical access to the FDI and the right to connect the Loop Feeder to the FDI.
8.4.2.1.3 Upon request from AT&T regarding a specific area, U S WEST shall provide information on Feeder Distribution Interface (FDI) within a reasonable time. If such information is available as part of U S WEST's operations support system, it must be made available to AT&T on the same terms and conditions as it is available to U S WEST./6/
8.4.2.1.4 The physical medium of the Loop Feeder may be copper twisted pair, or single or multi-mode fiber or other technologies as designated by AT&T. In certain cases, AT&T will require a copper twisted pair loop even in instances where the medium of the Loop Feeder for services that U S WEST offers is other than a copper facility. Special construction charges may apply if no copper twisted pair facilities are available.

8.4.2.1.2 Pursuant to a Bona Fide Request for unbundled feeder or distribution, U S WEST shall provide AT&T physical access to the FDI and the right to connect the Loop Feeder to the FDI.

Special construction charges may apply if no copper twisted pair facilities are available.
Loop Feeder. 4.4.2.1 Definition:
4.4.2.1.1 The Loop Feeder is the Network Element that will provide connectivity between: (i) a FDI associated with Loop Distribution and a termination point appropriate for the media in a central office; or (ii) a Loop Concentrator/Multiplexer provided in a remote terminal and a termination point appropriate for the media in a central office. BA shall provide MCIm physical access to the FDI, and the right to connect the Loop Feeder to the FDI in response to a specific MCIm request if technically feasible.
4.4.2.1.2 The physical medium of the Loop Feeder may be copper twisted pair, or single or multi-mode fiber or other technologies as deployed in the BA network and suitable to meet the requirements requested by MCIm. In certain cases, MCIm will desire a copper twisted pair loop even in instances where the medium of the Loop Feeder for services that BA offers is other than a copper facility. If such facilities are deployed and technically feasible to provide, BA will make them available to MCIm.
Loop Feeder. 3.4.1. Definition: The Loop Feeder is the Network Element that provides connectivity between (1) a FDI associated with Loop Distribution Media and a termination point appropriate for the media in a central office, or (2) a Loop Concentrator/Multiplexer provided in a remote terminal and a termination point appropriate for the media in a central office. GTE shall permit AT&T to have the Loop Feeder connected to the FDI.
3.4.2. In certain cases, AT&T will require a copper twisted pair loop even in instances where the medium of the Loop Feeder for services that GTE offers is other than a copper facility.
Loop Feeder. Any request by !nterprise America for unbundling the Loop Feeder will be made pursuant to the Bona Fide Request Process identified in Section 1.1. of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

In certain cases, MCIm will require a copper twisted pair loop even in instances where the medium of the Loop Feeder for services that BellSouth offers is other than a copper facility.

5.1.1 Where technically feasible NEVADA shall provide Loop Feeder to CLEC. Technical feasibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis as set forth in Section 1.7 above.
5.1.2 The Loop Feeder is the Network Element that provides connectivity between (1) a FDI associated with Loop Distribution and a termination point appropriate for the media in a central office, or (2) a Loop Concentrator/Multiplexer provided in a remote terminal and a termination point appropriate for the media in a central office. 5.1.3 The physical medium of the Loop Feeder may be copper twisted pair, or fiber, including dark fiber, as designated by CLEC. In certain cases, CLEC will require a copper twisted pair loop even in instances where the medium of the Loop Feeder for services that NEVADA offers is other than a copper facility.
