35.5.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Collocation are set forth in Table Two of this Agreement. 35.6. Call Related Databases
6.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Call Related Databases purchased pursuant to Part J are set forth in Table One of this Agreement.
Unbundled Network Elements. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Embarq for Unbundled Network Elements are set forth in Table One of this Agreement.
Unbundled Network Elements. 55.1 At the request of CLEC and pursuant to the requirements of the Act, AT&T will offer in the geographic area where AT&T is the incumbent LEC Network Elements to CLEC on an unbundled basis on rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement that are just, reasonable, and non- discriminatory. Specific Provisions concerning Unbundled Network Elements are addressed in Attachment 6: Unbundled Network Elements (UNE) and related Appendices.
Unbundled Network Elements. The charges that CLEC shall pay to CenturyLink for Unbundled Network Elements are set forth in Table One of this Agreement.
Unbundled Network Elements. 40.1. Sprint shall offer UNEs to CLEC for the purpose of offering a Qualifying Service to CLEC subscribers. CLEC may not access UNEs for the sole purpose of providing Non-qualifying Services. Sprint shall offer UNEs to CLEC on an unbundled basis on rates, terms and conditions that are just, reasonable, and non- discriminatory in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
40.2. CLEC may use one or more UNEs to provide any feature, function, capability, or service option that such UNE(s) is (are) technically capable of providing, except as otherwise limited herein. Except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement, it is CLEC’s obligation to combine Sprint provided UNEs with any and all facilities and services whether provided by Sprint, CLEC, or any other party.
40.3. Each UNE provided by Sprint to CLEC shall be at Parity with the quality of design, performance, features, functions, capabilities and other characteristics, that Sprint provides to itself, Sprint’s own subscribers, to a Sprint Affiliate or to any other Telecommunications Carrier requesting access to that UNE.
Unbundled Network Elements. 32.1 GTE will offer Network Elements to AT&T on an unbundled basis at rates set forth in Attachment 14.
32.2 GTE will permit AT&T to interconnect AT&T’s facilities or facilities provided by AT&T or by third parties with each of GTE’s unbundled Network Elements at any point designated by AT&T that is technically feasible.
32.3 AT&T, at its option, may designate any Currently Available network interface.
32.4 Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, AT&T may use one or more Network Elements to provide any Telecommunications Service that such Network Element is capable of providing.
32.5 Network Elements offered to AT&T by GTE pursuant to this Agreement shall be offered individually and for purposes of AT&T offering telecommunications services to its end-user customers. In no event shall GTE be required to bundle or combine Network Elements offered pursuant to this Agreement GTE shall offer each Network Element individually and in combination with any other Network Element or Network Elements, so long as such combination is technically feasible, in order to permit AT&T to combine such Network Element or Network Elements with another Network Element or other Network Elements obtained from GTE or with network components provided by itself or by third parties to provide telecommunications services to its customers. Any bundling or combining of Network Elements purchased from GTE will be the sole responsibility of AT&T, and any such bundling or combining of Network Elements shall be performed at AT&T’s sole expense. If AT&T combines any Network Elements offered by GTE, AT&T shall pay the wholesale price for such retail service as set forth in this Agreement, not the unbundled Network Element rate. In connection with any request by AT&T that GTE provide pursuant to this Agreement, any unbundled Network Element that is located in, or terminates to, a GTE Wire Center including but not limited to GTE’s central offices, serving wire centers, tandem switches, and at controlled environmental vaults, huts and cabinets; and prior to provision by GTE of any such unbundled Network Element pursuant to this Agreement, AT&T shall enter into a collocation arrangement with GTE consistent with the requirements of Attachment 3 to this Agreement and shall pay the appropriate rate for such collocation in accordance with Attachment 14 to this Agreement. (“CLEC”) and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc, d/b/a AT&T Kentucky (“AT&T”), having its principal office at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000 (collectively the Parties). This Interconnection Agreement under Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the Agreement) is dated as of the effective date as defined herein by and between AT&T and CLEC only to the extent that AT&T provide Telephone Exchange Services as an ILEC in Kentucky and shall apply only to the state of Kentucky.
Unbundled Network Elements. BellSouth shall provide e.spire nondiscriminatory access to unbundled Network Elements at just, reasonable and nondiscriminatory rates, terms and conditions for the provision of Telecommunications Services pursuant to the rates, terms and conditions in Attachment 2 hereto in accordance with the Act, including Sections 251(c)(3) and 252(d)(1), and all applicable FCC and State Commission Requirements.
