Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting. 2.1.6.1 Ruddata will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Ruddata must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Ruddata will be required to provide the results of the Ruddata test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.

Comcast Phone must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non-designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Comcast Phone will be required to provide the results of the Comcast Phone test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.

Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Southern Telecom will be required to provide the results of the Southern Telecom test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.

NuVox must test and isolate trouble to the AT&T portion of a designed/non-designed unbundled loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting trouble to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from AT&T at the time of the trouble report, NuVox will be required to provide the results of the NuVox test which indicated a problem on the AT&T provided loop.

Choice Telephone Company must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed unbundled loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Center. At the time of the trouble report, Choice Telephone Company will be required to provide the results of the Choice Telephone Company test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided loop.

Global Connection must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed unbundled loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Center. At the time of the trouble report, Global Connection will be required to provide the results of the Global Connection test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided loop.

At the time of the trouble report, Lightyear will be required to provide the results of the Lightyear test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided loop.
