Common use of Loops provided under the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Loops provided under the Agreement. Upon thirty (30) Days notice via the standard commercial notification process, Qwest may change monthly recurring charges for the Omaha, Nebraska Loop elements provided under the Agreement. Additionally, notwithstanding the rates reflected in the Nebraska QLSP Rate Sheet, the Parties understand and agree that Qwest has the right to adjust commercial port rates in Nebraska after the Nebraska PSC issues a final order related to Application No. C-3554/PI-112 and CLEC’s continued use of any Services in Nebraska constitutes its acceptance of such updated rates.
