Loss and Damage to Equipment. 4.1 Vodafone’s Returns Policy applies if the Equipment supplied by Vodafone is faulty. 4.2 Except as set out in the Returns Policy, once we have delivered Equipment and/or SIM Cards to you at your Premises you shall take the risk of loss or damage to the Equipment and/or SIM Cards which we have delivered (except where it can be shown that such loss or damage was caused by our negligence or due to fair wear and tear). 4.3 If your SIM Card or Equipment is lost or stolen after we have delivered it to you, you must tell us as soon as possible so that we can prevent further use on it. You must pay for all Charges due until you tell us. You must also continue to pay the Charges until this Agreement has ended as described in clause 7 of the General Terms.
