Common use of Loss, Destruction of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Loss, Destruction of Warrant Certificates. Upon receipt of (a) evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Warrant and (b) except in the case of mutilation, an indemnity or security reasonably satisfactory to the Company, the Company will promptly (but in any case within five (5) business days) execute and deliver a replacement Warrant of like tenor representing the right to purchase the same Number of Shares.
