Common use of Loss of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Loss of Agreement. Upon receipt of an affidavit of an officer of the Consignor as to the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any security document which is not of public record, and, in the case of any such loss, theft, destruction or mutilation, the Company will issue, in lieu thereof, a replacement security document of like tenor.
