Loss of Airline or Corporate Authority. Lessee shall cease to be a commercial airline, or the franchises, concessions, permits, rights or privileges required for the conduct of the business and operations of Lessee shall be revoked, canceled or otherwise terminated or the free and continued use and exercise thereof curtailed or prevented, and as a result thereof the preponderant business activity of Lessee shall cease to be that of a commercial airline; or
