Loss of Business and Right to Maintain Airport. (a) The Authority shall not be liable to the Contractor for any loss of business or liable for payment of additional Management Fees or Incentive Fees to the Contractor as a result of any change in the operation or configuration of the parking or facilities, or any change in procedures, laws, rules, or regulations governing the operation of the Airport.
