LOSS OF COMMODITY. Lessor shall not be liable for any loss of, or damage to, commodities or any part thereof, loaded or shipped in the cars however such loss or damage shall be caused or shall result. Lessee agrees to assume responsibility for, to indemnify Lessor against, and to save it harmless from any such loss or damage or claim therefor.
