Common use of Loss of Consent Clause in Contracts

Loss of Consent. where any Licence or other any material Consent required by the Licensee to enable it to observe or perform any of its obligations under this Agreement ceases to be in full force and effect so that it becomes unlawful for the Licensee to observe or perform any of its obligations hereunder; or
