LOSS OF ELIGIBILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. In the event Executive's job classification is reduced, the Committee, in its sole discretion, may cancel this Agreement by written notice delivered to the Executive. A cancellation occurring later than six (6) months prior to a Change in Control shall be null and void.
