Loss of Guarantor. 16.1 If any party who has guaranteed to the Landlord the Tenant’s obligations contained in this Lease dies or is the subject of any of the events referred to in clause 5.1.3 then within 14 days after the event the Tenant shall give notice of it to the Landlord and if so required by the Landlord at the expense of the Tenant the Tenant shall within twenty eight days after that event procure a further guarantee in the same terms from a party acceptable to the Landlord.
