LOSS OF LAND. In the event that title to the Leasehold premises shall have been lost by condemnation, forced sale or eminent domain, the Lessor shall make reasonable efforts to apply whatever portion of the compensation is necessary to the purchase of suitable new lands and shall grant a similar Leasehold interest in the new lands to current Lessees.
