Common use of Loss of Permit Clause in Contracts

Loss of Permit. Any Governmental Authority revokes or fails to renew any material license, permit or franchise of Borrower or any Subsidiary, or Borrower or any Subsidiary for any reason loses any material license, permit or franchise, or Borrower or any Subsidiary suffers the imposition of any restraining order, escrow, suspension or impounding of funds in connection with any proceeding (judicial or administrative) with respect to any material license, permit or franchise; and, in each case such revocation, failure or loss could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and such default remains unremedied for a period of thirty (30) days after the earlier of (i) the date upon which a Responsible Officer knew or reasonably should have known of such default or (ii) the date upon which written notice thereof is given to Borrower by Administrative Agent; or
