Common use of Loss of Subsidiary Status Clause in Contracts

Loss of Subsidiary Status. If, during or prior to the Policy Period, any entity ceases to be a Subsidiary, then coverage for such entity and its Insureds shall continue until termination of this Policy but only for any Wrongful Act occurring prior to the date such entity ceased to be a Subsidiary.
