Loss of Use Damages. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES BE RESPONSIBLE UNDER THIS CONTRACT FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR ECONOMIC DAMAGES OR LOSS, OR DAMAGES TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY ARISING FROM THE LOSS OF USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICABLE PRODUCTS OR SYSTEMS TO THE EXTENT SUCH MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW, AND YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO ANY AND ALL SUCH DAMAGES.
