Common use of Loss or Compromise of Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Loss or Compromise of Confidentiality. If a Team Member discovers any loss or compromise of the Confidential Information of another Team Member, it will notify the Team Member promptly and cooperate with it to mitigate the loss or compromise. Upon request, each Team Member shall return or destroy all Confidential Information of the relevant Team Member that it is not required to retain by applicable laws or other requirement. Any loss or compromise of personal health information shall be addressed in accordance with applicable laws and any data sharing agreement entered into between and/or among the Team Members.
