Common use of Loss or Destruction of the Equipment Clause in Contracts

Loss or Destruction of the Equipment. I shall bear the entire risk and be responsible for loss, theft, damage or destruction of the Equipment from any causes whatsoever after I receive possession of the Equipment. I will notify you immediately if the Equipment is lost, destroyed, stolen or taken by any person. If the Equipment has only been partially damaged, you may require that I have it repaired. If you determine it is not repairable, then it will be considered destroyed.
