Common use of Loss or Mutilation Clause in Contracts

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company of evidence satisfactory to it (in the exercise of reasonable discretion) of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Warrant and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity satisfactory to it (in the exercise of reasonable discretion), and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation thereof, the Company will execute and deliver in lieu thereof a new Warrant of like tenor.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company of reasonable evidence satisfactory to it (in the exercise of reasonable discretion) of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Warrant and (Certificate and, in the case of loss, theft or destruction) , of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to it (in the exercise of reasonable discretion)Company, and (or, in the case of mutilation) , upon surrender and cancellation thereofof the mutilated Warrant Certificate, the Company will shall execute and deliver in lieu thereof a new Warrant Certificate representing an equal number of like tenorWarrants.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon the Corporation's receipt by the Company of reasonably satisfactory evidence satisfactory to it (in the exercise of reasonable discretion) of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any this Warrant and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of a reasonably satisfactory indemnity satisfactory to it (in the exercise of reasonable discretion), and or (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation thereofof this Warrant, the Company will Corporation shall execute and deliver in lieu thereof a new Warrant of like tenorto the Holder.

Upon receipt by the Company and the Preferred Agent of evidence satisfactory to it (in the exercise of reasonable discretion) them of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Warrant Certificate and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity satisfactory to it (in the exercise of reasonable discretion)them, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation thereof, the Company will shall execute and the Preferred Agent shall countersign and deliver in lieu thereof a new Warrant Certificate representing an equal aggregate number of like tenor.Series 1
