Common use of Loss or Mutilation Clause in Contracts

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to it, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, the Company will execute and deliver in lieu thereof a new Warrant of like tenor as the lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warrant.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company from any holder of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, Warrant and of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to it, it and (in the case of mutilation) mutilation upon surrender and cancellation of this Warranthereof, the Company will execute and deliver in lieu thereof hereof a new Warrant of like tenor as to the lostholder; provided, stolenin the case of mutilation, destroyed or mutilated Warrantno indemnity shall be required if this Warrant in identifiable form is surrendered to the Company for cancellation.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Corporation of evidence reasonably satisfactory to it (in the Company exercise of reasonable discretion) of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this WarrantWarrant and (in the case of loss, and theft, or destruction) of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to itit (in the exercise of reasonable discretion), and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrantthereof, the Company Corporation will execute and deliver in lieu thereof hereof a new Warrant of like tenor as the lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warrant.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon 7.1. On receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this WarrantWarrant and (a) in the case of loss, and theft or destruction, on delivery of an indemnity agreement or bond reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to it, and the Company; or (b) in the case of mutilation) upon , on surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, the Company will shall execute and deliver deliver, in lieu thereof of this Warrant, a new Warrant warrant of like tenor as the lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warrantand amount.

Upon receipt by the Company or its agent of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company it of the ownership of and the loss, theft, theft or destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and if requested by the Company, of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to itindemnification, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation of this WarrantWarrant if mutilated, the Company will or its agent shall, at the Company’s expense, execute and deliver in lieu thereof a new Warrant of like tenor as and date to the lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Holder in exchange for this Warrant.

Upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, and of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to itit (but without the requirement of a bond), and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, the Company will execute and deliver in lieu thereof a new Warrant of like tenor as the lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warrant.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company from the Holder of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, Warrant and of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to it, and (in the case of mutilation) mutilation upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrantthereof, the Company will execute and deliver in lieu thereof hereof a new Warrant of like tenor as provided that in the lostcase of mutilation, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warrantno indemnity shall be required if this Warrant in identifiable form is surrendered to the Company for cancellation.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company it of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant, Warrant and of a written indemnity agreement reasonably satisfactory to itthe Company, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, the Company will shall execute and deliver in lieu thereof a new Warrant of like tenor as the lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warranttenor.
