Common use of Loss or Mutilation Clause in Contracts

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company and the Warrant Agent of evidence satisfactory to them of the ownership of and loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Warrant Certificate and (in case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity satisfactory to them, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation thereof, the Company shall execute and the Warrant Agent shall (in the absence of notice to the Company and/or Warrant Agent that the Warrant Certificate has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser) countersign and deliver to the Registered Holder in lieu thereof a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor representing an equal aggregate number of Warrants. Applicants for a substitute Warrant Certificate shall comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Warrant Agent may prescribe.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company and the Warrant Agent of evidence satisfactory to them of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Warrant Certificate and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity satisfactory to them, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation thereof, the Company shall execute and the Warrant Agent shall (in the absence of notice to the Company and/or the Warrant Agent that the a new Warrant Certificate has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser) countersign and deliver to the Registered Holder in lieu thereof a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor representing an equal aggregate number of Warrants. Applicants for a substitute Warrant Certificate shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Warrant Agent may prescribe.

Applicants for a substitute Warrant Certificate shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Warrant Agent may prescribe.

Loss or Mutilation. Applicants for Registered Holders requesting a substitute Warrant Certificate shall will be required to comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Warrant Agent may prescribe.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company and the Warrant Agent of evidence reasonably satisfactory to them of the ownership of and loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Warrant Certificate and (in case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity satisfactory to them, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation thereof, the Company shall execute and the Warrant Agent shall (in the absence of notice to the Company and/or Warrant Agent that the Warrant Certificate has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser) countersign and deliver to the Registered Holder in lieu thereof a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor representing an equal aggregate number of Warrants. Applicants for a substitute Warrant Certificate shall comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges incidental to such loss, theft, destruction or mutilation as the Warrant Agent may prescribe.

Loss or Mutilation. Applicants for a substitute Warrant Certificate shall comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Warrant Agent may prescribeprescribe pursuant to Section 9.4 or otherwise.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company and the Warrant Agent of evidence satisfactory to them it of the ownership of and loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Warrant Certificate and (in case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity reasonably satisfactory to themit and the Company, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation thereof, the Company shall execute and the Warrant Agent shall (in the absence of notice to the Company and/or Warrant Agent that the Warrant Certificate has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser) countersign and deliver to the Registered Holder in lieu thereof a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor representing an equal aggregate number of Class C Warrants. Applicants for a substitute Warrant Certificate shall comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Warrant Agent may prescribe.

Loss or Mutilation. Applicants for Any warrant holder requesting a substitute Warrant Certificate shall comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Warrant Agent may prescribe.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company and the Warrant Agent of evidence satisfactory to them of the ownership of and loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Warrant Certificate and (in case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity satisfactory to them, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation thereof, the Company shall execute and the Warrant Agent shall (in the absence of notice to the Company and/or Warrant Agent that the Warrant Certificate has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser) countersign and deliver to the Registered Holder in lieu thereof a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor representing an equal aggregate number of Class A Warrants or Class B Warrants. Applicants for a substitute Warrant Certificate shall comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Warrant Agent may prescribe.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company and the Warrant Agent of evidence satisfactory to them of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Warrant Certificate and (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity satisfactory to them, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation thereof, the Company shall execute and the Warrant Agent shall (in the absence of notice to the Company and/or the Warrant Agent that the a new Warrant Certificate has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser) countersign and deliver to the Registered Holder in lieu thereof a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor representing an equal aggregate number of Warrants. Applicants for a substitute Warrant Certificate shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Warrant Agent may prescribe. 11 SECTION 8.

Warrants Applicants for a substitute Warrant Certificate shall comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Warrant Agent may prescribe.

Loss or Mutilation. Loss or Mutilation. Applicants for a substitute Warrant Certificate shall comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Warrant Agent may prescribe.

Loss or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company and the Warrant Agent of evidence satisfactory to them of the ownership of and loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Warrant Certificate and (in case of loss, theft or destruction) of indemnity satisfactory to them, and (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation thereof, the Company shall execute and the Warrant Agent shall (( in the absence of notice to the Company and/or Warrant Agent that the Warrant Certificate has been acquired by a bona fide bonafide purchaser) countersign and deliver to the Registered Holder in lieu thereof there of a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor representing an equal aggregate number of Warrants. Applicants for a substitute Warrant Certificate shall comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Warrant Agent may prescribe.
