Common use of Loss, Theft, Destruction or Mutilation Clause in Contracts

Loss, Theft, Destruction or Mutilation. Upon receipt by the Company of evidence reasonably satisfactory to it that this Warrant Agreement has been lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated, and in the case of any lost, stolen or destroyed Warrant Agreement, an indemnity reasonably satisfactory to the Company, or in the case of a mutilated Warrant Agreement, upon surrender and cancellation hereof, the Company will execute and deliver in the name of the registered holder of this Warrant Agreement, in exchange and substitution for the Warrant Agreement so lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated, a new Warrant Agreement of like tenor and amount.
