Loss, Theft, Destruction. Upon the loss, theft or destruction (other than as required hereunder) of any Copy of an Included Programa Selected Content asset, Comcast shall as promptly as practicable furnish Studio with notification of such a loss, theft or destruction in writing setting forth the relevant facts thereof.
