Common use of Loss / Theft Clause in Contracts

Loss / Theft. (a) You shall keep all CRC cheques, CRC chequebooks, CRC Card and Citibank ATM/Debit Card in a safe and secure place and ensure that the ATM/Debit Card PIN, the CRC Card PIN and the TBS Access Code is not disclosed to any party and you must take all steps and precautions to prevent any forgery, fraud, loss or theft in respect thereof, including but not limited to not drawing CRC cheques in a manner which facilitates forgery or fraud and complying with the terms and conditions stated in the CRC chequebook cover. (b) If any CRC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/ Debit Card is lost, stolen, mislaid or used by any person other than you or the PIN and/or TBS Access Code assigned to you is disclosed to any other person, you shall immediately notify us in writing or via the TBS and you shall remain liable and compensate us for all reasonably incurred losses and damage which may arise as a result unless and until we receive such notification whereupon we are entitled not to honour any such lost cheque, or effect any transaction relating to the lost Citibank ATM/Debit Card or CRC Card. (c) You shall assist us in such action as we may take in respect of such loss, theft or disclosure. (d) If any lost or stolen CRC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card is recovered, you shall immediately inform us and return the same to us. (e) We shall be entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to issue a replacement CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card at such time and upon such terms and conditions as we may deem fit and notify to you.

(b) If any CRC PC cheque, CRC PC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/ ATM/Debit Card is lost, stolen, mislaid or used by any other person other than you or the PIN and/or TBS Access Code assigned to you is disclosed to any other person, you shall immediately notify us in writing or via the TBS and you shall remain liable and compensate us for all reasonably reasonable incurred losses and damage which may arise as a result unless and until we receive such notification whereupon we are entitled not to honour any such lost cheque, or effect any transaction relating to the lost Citibank ATM/Debit Card or CRC Card. (c) You shall assist us in such action as we may take in respect of such loss, theft or disclosure. (d) If any lost or stolen CRC PC cheque, CRC PC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card is recovered, you shall immediately inform us and return the same to us. (e) We shall be entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to issue a replacement CRC PC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card at such time and upon such terms and conditions as we may deem fit and notify to you.

(a) You shall keep all CRC CUC cheques, CRC CUC chequebooks, CRC Card and Citibank ATM/Debit Card in a safe and secure place and ensure that the Citibank ATM/Debit Card PIN, the CRC Card PIN and the TBS Access Code is not disclosed to any party and you must take all steps and precautions to prevent any forgery, fraud, loss or theft in respect thereof, including but not limited to not drawing CRC CUC cheques in a manner which facilitates forgery or fraud and complying with the terms and conditions stated in the CRC chequebook CUC chequebooks cover. (b) If any CRC CUC cheque, CRC CUC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/ ATM/Debit Card is lost, stolen, mislaid or used by any other person other than you or the PIN and/or TBS Access Code assigned to you is disclosed to any other person, you shall immediately notify us in writing or via the TBS and you shall remain liable and compensate us for all reasonably incurred losses and damage which may arise as a result unless and until we receive such notification whereupon we are entitled not to honour any such lost cheque, cheque or effect any transaction relating to the lost Citibank ATM/Debit Card or CRC Card. (c) You shall assist us in such action as we may take in respect of such loss, theft or disclosure. (d) If any lost or stolen CRC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card is recovered, you shall immediately inform us and return the same to us. (e) We shall be entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to issue a replacement CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card at such time and upon such terms and conditions as we may deem fit and notify to you.

(c) You shall assist us in such action as we may take in respect of such loss, theft or disclosure. (d) If any lost or stolen CRC PC cheque, CRC PC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card is recovered, you shall immediately inform us and return the same to us. (e) We shall be entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to issue a replacement CRC PC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card at such time and upon such terms and conditions as we may deem fit and notify to you.

Loss / Theft. (a) You and the Companion shall keep all CRC cheques, CRC chequebooks, CRC Card and Citibank ATM/Debit Card in a safe and secure place and ensure that the ATM/Debit Card PIN, the CRC Card PIN and the TBS Access Code is not disclosed to any party and you and the Companion must take all steps and precautions to prevent any forgery, fraud, loss or theft in respect thereof, including but not limited to not drawing CRC cheques in a manner which facilitates forgery or fraud and complying with the terms and conditions stated in the CRC chequebook cover. (b) If any CRC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/ ATM/Debit Card is lost, stolen, mislaid or used by any person other than you and the Companion or the PIN and/or TBS Access Code assigned to you and the Companion is disclosed to any other person, you and/or the Companion shall immediately notify us in writing or via the TBS and you shall remain liable and compensate us for all reasonably incurred losses and damage which may arise as a result unless and until we receive such notification notification whereupon we are entitled not to honour any such lost cheque, or effect any transaction relating to the lost Citibank ATM/Debit Card or CRC Card. (c) You and the Companion shall assist us in such action as we may take in respect of such loss, theft or disclosure. (d) If any lost or stolen CRC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card is recovered, you and/or the Companion shall immediately inform us and return the same to us. (e) We shall be entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to issue a replacement CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card at such time and upon such terms and conditions as we may deem fit fit and notify to you.

(b) If any CRC PC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card PC chequebook and/or Citibank ATM/ ATM/Debit Card is lost, stolen, mislaid or used by any other person other than you or the your Citibank ATM/Debit Card PIN and/or TBS Access Code assigned to you is disclosed to any other person, you shall immediately notify us in writing or via the TBS and you shall remain liable and compensate us for all reasonably reasonable incurred losses and damage which may arise as a result unless and until we receive such notification whereupon we are entitled not to honour any such lost cheque, and/or chequebook or effect any transaction relating to the lost Citibank ATM/ATM/ Debit Card or CRC Card. (c) You shall assist us in such action as we may take in respect of such loss, theft or disclosure. (d) If any lost or stolen CRC PC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card PC chequebook and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card is recovered, you shall immediately inform us and return the same to us. (e) We shall be entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to issue a replacement CRC chequebook, CRC Card PC chequebook and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card at such time and upon such terms and conditions as we may deem fit and notify to you.

(c) You shall assist us in such action as we may take in respect of such loss, theft or disclosure. (d) If any lost or stolen CRC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card is recovered, you shall immediately inform us and return the same to us. (e) We shall be entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to issue a replacement CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card at such time and upon such terms and conditions as we may deem fit fit and notify to you.

(b) If any CRC PC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card PC chequebook and/or Citibank ATM/ ATM/Debit Card is lost, stolen, mislaid or used by any other person other than you or the your Citibank ATM/Debit Card PIN and/or TBS Access Code assigned to you is disclosed to any other person, you shall immediately notify us in writing or via the TBS and you shall remain liable and compensate fully indemnify us for all reasonably incurred losses loss and damage which may arise as a result unless and until we receive such notification whereupon we are entitled not to honour any such lost cheque, or effect any transaction relating to the lost Citibank ATM/Debit Card or CRC Card. (c) You shall assist us in such action as we may take in respect of such loss, theft or disclosure. (d) If any lost or stolen CRC PC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card PC chequebook and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card is recovered, you shall immediately inform us and return the same to us. (e) We shall be entitled, in our reasonable absolute discretion, to issue a replacement CRC chequebook, CRC Card PC chequebook and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card at such time and upon such terms and conditions as we may deem fit and notify to youfit.

(b) If any CRC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/ ATM/Debit Card is lost, stolen, mislaid or used by any person other than you or the PIN and/or TBS Access Code assigned to you is disclosed to any other person, you shall immediately notify us in writing or via the TBS and you shall remain liable and compensate us for all reasonably incurred losses and damage which may arise as a result unless and until we receive such notification whereupon we are entitled not to honour any such lost cheque, or effect any transaction relating to the lost Citibank ATM/Debit Card or CRC Card. (c) You shall assist us in such action as we may take in respect of such loss, theft or disclosure. (d) If any lost or stolen CRC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card is recovered, you shall immediately inform us and return the same to us. (e) We shall be entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to issue a replacement CRC chequebook, CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card at such time and upon such terms and conditions as we may deem fit and notify to you.

Loss / Theft. (a) You and the Companion shall keep all CRC cheques, CRC chequebooks, CRC Card chequebooks and Citibank ATM/Debit Card in a safe and secure place and ensure that the ATM/Debit Card PIN, the CRC Card PIN and the TBS Access Code is not disclosed to any party and you and the Companion must take all steps and precautions to prevent any forgery, fraud, loss or theft in respect thereof, including but not limited to not drawing CRC cheques in a manner which facilitates forgery or fraud and complying with the terms and conditions stated in the CRC chequebook cover. (b) If any CRC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card chequebook and/or Citibank ATM/ ATM/Debit Card is lost, stolen, mislaid or used by any person other than you and the Companion or the PIN and/or TBS Access Code assigned to you and the Companion is disclosed to any other person, you and/or the Companion shall immediately notify us in writing or via the TBS and you shall remain liable and compensate us for all reasonably incurred losses and damage which may arise as a result unless and until we receive such notification notifi cation whereupon we are entitled not to honour any such lost cheque, or effect any transaction relating to the lost Citibank ATM/Debit Card or CRC Card. (c) You and the Companion shall assist us in such action as we may take in respect of such loss, theft or disclosure. (d) If any lost or stolen CRC cheque, CRC chequebook, CRC Card chequebook and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card is recovered, you and/or the Companion shall immediately inform us and return the same to us. (e) We shall be entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to issue a replacement CRC chequebook, CRC Card chequebook and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card at such time and upon such terms and conditions as we may deem fit and notify to you.

Loss / Theft. In addition, and without prejudice, to the Citibank Accounts T&C (in relation to the CRC checks and checkbooks) and the Citibank Debit & ATM Card Services T&C (in relation to the ATM/Debit Card) respectively: a) You shall are to keep all CRC chequeschecks, CRC chequebooks, CRC Card checkbooks and Citibank the ATM/Debit Card in a safe and secure place and ensure that the ATM/Debit Card PIN, the CRC Card PIN and the TBS Access Code T-PIN is not disclosed to any party and you must take all steps and precautions to prevent any forgery, fraud, loss or theft in respect thereof, including but not limited to not drawing CRC cheques checks in a manner which facilitates forgery or fraud and complying with the terms and conditions stated in the CRC chequebook checkbook cover. (b) If any CRC chequecheck, CRC chequebook, CRC Card checkbook and/or Citibank ATM/ ATM/Debit Card is lost, stolen, mislaid or used by any other person other than you or the your ATM/Debit Card PIN and/or TBS Access Code assigned to you T-PIN is disclosed to any other person, you shall must immediately notify us in writing or via the TBS telephone banking service and you shall will remain liable and compensate fully indemnify us for all reasonably incurred losses loss and damage which may arise as a result unless and until we receive such notification whereupon we are entitled not to honour any such lost chequecheck, or effect any transaction relating to the lost Citibank or stolen ATM/Debit Card or CRC Card. (c) You shall will assist us in such action as we may take in respect of such loss, theft or disclosure. (d) If any lost or stolen CRC chequecheck, CRC chequebook, CRC Card checkbook and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card is recovered, you shall will immediately inform us and return the same to us. (e) We shall be are entitled, in our reasonable absolute discretion, to issue a replacement CRC chequebook, CRC Card checkbook and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card at such time and upon such terms and conditions as we may deem fit and notify to youfit.
