Common use of Loss / Theft Clause in Contracts

Loss / Theft. (a) You shall keep all PC cheques, PC chequebooks, CRC Card and Citibank ATM/ Debit Card in a safe and secure place and ensure that the CRC Card PIN, ATM/Debit Card PIN and the TBS Access Code is not disclosed to any party and you must take all steps and precautions to prevent any forgery, fraud, loss or theft in respect thereof, including but not limited to not drawing PC cheques in a manner which facilitates forgery or fraud and complying with the terms and conditions stated in the PC chequebook cover.
