Losses Caused by Others and Construction Defects. Costs occasioned by the act, omission or violation of Law by Landlord, any other occupant of the Project, or their respective agents, employees or contractors, or Costs to correct any construction defect in the Premises (other than alterations constructed by Tenant), Building or Project, or costs arising out of the failure to construct the Building, Premises, tenant improvements installed by Landlord pursuant to Paragraph 2.2, or Common Areas in accordance with Laws and private restrictions applicable at the time of construction thereof.
