Any Gas lost or otherwise not accounted for incident to or occasioned by the gathering, treating, compressing (if applicable), and redelivery, as applicable, of Gas, including Gas released through leaks, instrumentation, relief valves, unmeasured flares, ruptured pipelines, and blow downs of pipelines, vessels, and equipment. Mcf. 1,000 cubic feet of Gas, measured at Standard Base Conditions.
