Lost Distributees. A benefit shall be deemed forfeited if the Bank is unable after a reasonable period of time to locate the Executive or beneficiary to whom payment is due; provided, however that such benefit shall be reinstated if a valid claim is made by or on behalf of the Executive or beneficiary for the forfeited benefit.
