Lost Instrument Affidavits. In the event any Collateral File contains a lost instrument affidavit in lieu of a Note, such lost instrument affidavit, and accompanying assignment, will be sufficient to effect the transfer of title to the related Mortgage Loan, without the need for a judicial proceeding, administrative action, court or regulatory order, or similar action or order.
