Lost Items. City shall have the sole right to collect and have custody of articles left in the building by persons attending any performance, exhibition, or entertainment given or held on the leased premises, and the LESSEE or any person in the LESSEE’s employ shall not interfere with the collection or custody of such articles. LESSEE acts as the representative of all guests and reserves the right to discuss with the City about the status of any lost items. All items are turned into the Xxxx Valley Police Department.
