Lost or Mutilated Debenture. If this Debenture shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, Bxxxxxxx shall execute and deliver, in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of a mutilated Debenture, or in lieu of or in substitution for a lost, stolen or destroyed Debenture, a new Debenture for the Principal Amount of this Debenture so mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed.
