Lost or Stolen Card. If a Card is lost or stolen or if any one of you or the Cardholder suspects it is lost or stolen or being used by someone else, you or the Cardholder must tell us immediately. After we have been told that a Card has been or may have been lost, stolen or misused, we will be able to prevent the use of the Card and Card number. If we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent use of a Card or a Card number, the use of any Card can be blocked or prevented without notice to you. You will not be liable to us for any Debt resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of a Card that is incurred after the time any one of you or the Cardholder tells us about the loss, theft or misuse of a Card. Notwithstanding the above, if a Card is lost, stolen or misused, you will be liable to us for: i. all amounts owing on the Card, up to a maximum of $1,000.00, resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of the Card that is incurred before the time any one of you or the Cardholder tells us about that loss, theft or misuse through any one or more transactions on the Card, for which the Card or Card number has been used to complete those transactions; and ii. all amounts owing on the Card, resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of the Card that is incurred before the time any one of you or the Cardholder tells us about that loss, theft or misuse through any one or more transactions on the Card, for which the Card and PIN have been used together to complete those transactions.

Lost or Stolen Card. (1) If a the Card is lost or stolen or if any one of you or the Cardholder suspects it is lost or stolen or being used by someone else, you or the Cardholder must tell us immediately. After we have been told that a Card has been or may have been lost, stolen or misused, we will be able to prevent the use of the Card and Card number. If we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent use of a Card or a Card number, the use of for any Card can be blocked or prevented without notice to you. You will not be other reason liable to misuse or if the PIN becomes known to any other person, You must immediately notify us for any Debt resulting from the lossor call immediately during normal business hours Monday to Friday 227-7132/3/4 or 227-5033, theft or misuse of a Card that is incurred after the time any one of you or the Cardholder tells us about the loss, theft or misuse of a Card. (2) If a Card is lost, stolen or misused, you will be liable for all debt on the Account resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of a card, which is incurred before the time you notify us about that loss, theft or misuse. If this notification is given orally, it will not take effect unless confirmed in writing to us for:
i. all amounts owing on within seven days. Until the Bank receives effective notification, you will be liable in respect to any use of the Card, up .
(3) You will not be liable to a maximum of $1,000.00, us for any debt resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of the Card that which is incurred before after the time any one of you or the Cardholder tells have notified us about that loss, theft or misuse through any one or more transactions on of the Card, for which . You will provide to us all information in your knowledge as to the Card or Card number has been used to complete those transactions; and
ii. all amounts owing on the Card, resulting from circumstances of the loss, theft or misuse of the Card that is incurred before the time any one of you Card, or the Cardholder tells disclosure of the PIN and take all necessary steps deemed necessary by to assist us about that in the recovery of a missing Card. In the event of any such loss, theft theft, misuse or disclosure being suspected or reported, we may provide the police with any information it considers relevant.
(4) If a card is reported as lost, stolen or liable to misuse through or the PIN is disclosed to any one or more transactions on the Cardother person, for which the Card must not subsequently be used but must be cut in half and PIN have been used together returned immediately to complete those transactionsus.
(5) We will charge a fee for the issuance of any replacement Card if you will apply for a replacement Card and such fee will be deducted from the Account.

You understand and agree that if your Card is lost or stolen, you will be liable for all transactions resulting from it until you have informed us that your Card is lost or stolen.
10.2 In the event that your card is lost, stolen, or otherwise liable to us for:
i. all amounts owing on be misused, we may take whatever steps we consider necessary in order to recover the Card, up including reporting the Card to a maximum the appropriate authorities. You will give us and any person acting on our behalf all assistance in the investigation, and all available information as to the circumstances, of $1,000.00, resulting from the loss, theft or possible misuse of the Card that Card, and will take all reasonable steps to assist us to recover the Card. You consent to the disclosure to third parties of such information as is incurred before relevant concerning the time any one of you or the Cardholder tells us about that Account in connection with such loss, theft or misuse through any one or more transactions on the Card, for which the Card or Card number has been used to complete those transactions; and
ii. all amounts owing on the Card, resulting from the loss, theft or possible misuse of the Card. If a Card that is incurred before found after you have told us it has been lost or stolen, it must no longer be used and you must destroy it by cutting it in half across the time magnetic strip and returning it to us. 11 Changes in Account information You will give us prompt written notice of any one of you or the Cardholder tells us about that losschange to your Account information, theft or misuse through any one or more transactions on the Cardwhich includes but is not limited to your mailing and/or residential address, for which the Card e-mail address and PIN have been used together to complete those transactionstelephone numbers.
