Lost or Stolen Certificates. ICCC shall place a stop notice against any certificate reported to be lost or stolen and comply with all applicable federal regulatory requirements for reporting such loss or alleged misappropriation. A new certificate shall be registered and issued upon: (i) the shareholder's pledge of a lost instrument bond or such other appropriate indemnity bond issued by a surety company approved by ICCC; and (ii) completion of a release and indemnification agreement signed by the shareholder to protect ICCC.
