Common use of Lost or Stolen phones Clause in Contracts

Lost or Stolen phones. If your wireless telephone or other wireless device is lost or stolen, you will remain liable for all charges in connection with usage of the wireless device until the theft or loss is reported to GTA and to the police. A copy of the police report must be filed with GTA. After reporting the theft or loss to GTA, you will remain liable for all non-usage based charges, as provided in this Agreement.
