LOST PROFITS AND SPECIAL DAMAGES. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, neither Seller nor Buyer shall be required to indemnify, hold harmless or otherwise compensate the other party or any of the respective affiliates or related parties for damage to reputation, lost business opportunities, lost profits, mental or emotional distress, incidental, special, exemplary, indirect or consequential damages.
