Lost, Stolen, Destroyed or Mutilated Warrants. In case any Warrant is mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company agrees to issue a new Warrant of like date, tenor and denomination and deliver the same in exchange and substitution for and upon surrender and cancellation of any mutilated Warrant, or in lieu of any Warrant lost, stolen or destroyed, on receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant.
