Lost, Stolen, Destroyed or Mutilated Warrants. Upon receipt by the Company of proof reasonably satisfactory to it of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Warrant Certificate and, if requested, an indemnity or bond, the Company shall deliver or shall cause to be delivered, in lieu of such lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warrant Certificate, a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor and representing the same aggregate number of Warrants as provided for in such lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warrant Certificate.
