Common use of Lost Warrant Certificate Clause in Contracts

Lost Warrant Certificate. Upon receipt by the Company of satisfactory evidence of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant and either (in the case of loss, theft or destruction) indemnification reasonably satisfactory to the Company or (in the case of mutilation) the surrender of this Warrant for cancellation, the Company will execute and deliver to the Holder, without charge, a new Warrant of like denomination.
