Lot and Block Description. If the Land consists of one or more complete lots or blocks included within a properly established recorded subdivision or addition, then a lot and block description will be an acceptable substitute for a metes and bounds description, provided that the lot and block description must completely and properly identify the name or designation of the recorded subdivision or addition and give the recording information therefor.
