Lot Determination and Testing. 1. A Lot is defined as the quantity of SFST placed in a single production day. For each Lot, the contractor shall provide a lot sheet containing the following information: • Lot number • Project number • Date and weather • Beginning and ending station numbers or other identifiable locations • Length, width, and total area in square yards placed • Recorded application rate and gallons/yards placed • Contractors’ authorized signature
