Louisiana Riverboat Economic Development and Gaming Control Act. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 14.08 hereof, each of the provisions of this Indenture is subject to and shall be enforced in compliance with the provisions of the Louisiana Riverboat Economic Development and Gaming Control Act, to the extent applicable, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, unless such provisions are in conflict with the TIA, in which case the TIA shall control. Each Holder by accepting a Note agrees that all Holders, whether initial Holders or subsequent transferees, shall be subject to the qualifications or suitability provisions of the Louisiana Riverboat Economic Development and Gaming Control Act.
