Low Income Customers. i. Electric Assistance Program (“EAP”). EAP is a discount electric rate available to qualifying customers from their Local Utility. If you are currently on such a rate with the Local Utility, we suggest that you not enroll with NAP as the program benefits do not apply to NAP’s charges.
