LOWEST PREVAILING PRICE. Seller agrees that its price for Goods and Services ordered hereby shall not be higher than its lowest prevailing price on the date hereof for the quantity ordered. In the event Seller offers a lower price for equivalent goods or services, AMRI shall receive the benefit of such reduced price.
