Common use of LRC’s Obligation to Restore Clause in Contracts

LRC’s Obligation to Restore. Regardless of the adequacy of any Remaining Proceeds available to LRC hereunder, if on or after the Completion Date the Property is damaged by fire or other casualty or less than all or substantially all of the Property is taken by condemnation, LRC must promptly (and in any event, prior to the Designated Sale Date) restore or improve the Property or the remainder thereof to a condition that is safe and sightly and as near to the same condition as existed prior to such event as is possible and in any event to a value no less than the Lease Balance.
