LTIP Awards. Each of Executive’s then outstanding LTIP Awards shall accelerate and become vested as to 100% of the LTIP Awards; following such vesting, payment of the LTIP Awards shall be made in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll procedures, which payment will be made no later than the first regular payroll date occurring after the sixtieth (60th) day following the Separation.
