Lump Sum Severance Benefit. Invacare shall pay to the Executive, within ten business days after the Termination Date, a lump sum severance benefit equal to two times the sum of (i) the Executive’s Annual Base Salary plus (ii) the Executive’s Target Bonus.

Lump Sum Severance Benefit. Invacare shall pay to the Executive, within ten business days after the Termination Date, a lump sum severance benefit equal to two (a) minus (b) below where: (a) equals three times the sum of (i) the Executive’s 's Annual Base Salary plus (ii) the Executive’s 's Target Bonus; and (b) equals the amount, if any, paid to the Executive pursuant to Section 1 above.
