LUNCHTIME VISITS Clause Samples

The 'Lunchtime Visits' clause establishes the rules and permissions regarding visits to a property or facility during designated lunch hours. Typically, this clause outlines who is allowed to visit, the times during which visits are permitted, and any restrictions or procedures that must be followed, such as signing in or notifying staff. Its core function is to manage and control access during lunchtime, ensuring security and minimizing disruptions while accommodating reasonable visitation needs.

Parents must sign in at the office, obtain a visitor’s badge, and report directly to the lunchroom. Parents may not invite other students to join them or provide outside food for other students. Parents may not deliver fast food to the office to be delivered to a student to eat with their class in the cafeteria. No outside food is allowed to be brought into the cafeteria.
