M/WBE Compliance. In addition to the identification of subcontractors status in the Report of Contract Purchases, the Contractor shall also file with the MSP the “Contractor’s Monthly Compliance and Payment Report” on the MWBE Form 102 on a monthly basis. See Appendix C for a link to this form and instructions for submission. A Contractor’s status as Active or Waitlisted does not affect its obligation to submit its monthly M/WBE Form 102. If moved from Active to the Waitlist, Contractor is still obligated to remit such form for any sales made under the Contract during the reporting period.
