MacroGenics Financial Records. Without limiting the foregoing under Section 10.5(a), MacroGenics shall keep complete and accurate records in sufficient detail to allow Zai to determine the basis for any amounts payable to or by MacroGenics under this Agreement. At the reasonable written request of Zai, MacroGenics shall make such records available to Zai.
